I created these free Star Wars printables for kids to help provide a new challenge for my older child because sometimes we get a little bored with our Legos.

Admittedly, it’s usually me, not my kids who feel this way, but since I’m much better at building from an image than my brain, I made these guides.

These free printable mosaic pictures are not to scale with the Lego plates, but they are close in size. They also show the outlines of every 1×1 brick so kids can count exactly how many Legos are needed in every row and column.

Fun lego activities for kids | Star Wars

We normally only buy kit Legos, so I ordered a bunch of 1×1 bricks to build these portraits. If you have a large supply of Legos at your house, you may have all you need already to build these Star Wars Lego mosaics.

To get started all you need are similar colored Legos and a large baseplate like one of these:
