Directions

First, guide your child to position the body to the center of the base template and secure it with glue.

Next, help your little artist glue the face mask above the nose.

Take the eyes and place them on the face mask.

Now, glue the arms on the sides of the raccoon.

Happy Mother's Day Raccoon Craft

On her special day this year, add an extra dose of cuteness with this Happy Mother’s Day raccoon craft. This adorable paper craft will surely bring smiles to both kids and their moms.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Raccoon template

Instructions

  1. Download the raccoon template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Start by positioning the belly in the center of the raccoon's body and glue it in place.
  3. Next, glue the face mask piece above the nose.
  4. Place the eyes on the face mask and glue them in place.
  5. Glue the arms on the sides of the raccoon.
  6. Now, take the paws and glue them to the hands.
  7. Next, glue the inner ears to the outer ears.
  8. Place the feet at the bottom and back of the body and glue them in place.
  9. Make the raccoon’s tail by gluing the stripes on it.
  10. Take the tail and glue it in the back of the body.
  11. Place the raccoon on the colored paper and glue it in place.
  12. Finally, glue the hearts to the colored paper.
