How To Make A Snake Puppet

First, help your child glue the mouth to the bottom part of the head.

Next, guide your little artist to glue the eyes above the nose.

Now, let’s add some expression! Encourage your child to draw eyebrows above the eyes.

Guide your child to place the tongue in the center of the mouth and secure it with glue.

Take the belly and glue it to the body.

Next, glue the body to the main portion of the paper bag.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Paper bag
  • Markers
  • Snake Template

Instructions

  1. Download the snake template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Begin, by gluing the mouth to the bottom part of the head.
  3. Next, take the eyes and glue them above the nose.
  4. Draw the eyebrows above the eyes.
  5. Place the tongue in the center of the mouth and glue it in place.
  6. Take the belly and glue it to the body.
  7. Next, glue the body to the main portion of the brown bag.
