Cute Gnome Halloween Craft

This craft is a great way for your little ones to jump into the festive spirit of Halloween. It makes an adorable decoration they’ll be proud to display all season long.

You most likely have all the essentials on hand to make this fun fall craft. You need to grab some colorful craft paper, scissors, glue, and our free template to make this cute gnome with your gnomies. 

Supplies

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Candy corn gnome template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to get the template)

Directions

Download the candy corn gnome template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the eyes below both of the eyebrows.

Take the face and glue it to the top and front of the gnome’s beard.

Create the hat by gluing the yellow hat piece to the base of the white hat piece. Next, glue the orange hat piece right above the yellow piece. Cut off any excess paper that hangs off the sides.

Next, glue the hat to the top of the gnome’s face.

Place the nose in between the eyes and the mouth, in the middle of the face, and glue it down.

Glue the gnome’s head to the top of the body.

Position the shoes at the bottom of the gnome’s body and secure them with glue.

Color in the candy corn piece, then glue it in the middle of the gnome’s body.

Finish up by gluing the hands on both sides of the candy corn, so it looks like the gnome is holding it.
