With this fun activity, kids can create their own haunted house craft! They’ll design a spooky house scene complete with a ghost floating by!

Halloween Haunted House Craft

It’s a fun and festive way to keep kids entertained during the Halloween season, and they’ll love showing off their haunted house decor to family and friends.
Grab the free template and a few supplies so your little ghosts and ghouls can make their own haunted house. It’s perfect for a little holiday decoration that’s not too spooky!
Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Haunted house template (unlock the free template at the end of the post)

Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring Haunted House to life!

First, encourage your child to glue the roof to the top of the house.

Place the door in the center of the house and glue it in place.

Next, help your child to glue the windows on both sides of the door.

Glue the middle part of house piece to the roof for the middle part of the house.

Now, glue the completed piece to the center of the house, above the door.

Position the arched window to the center of the previous piece and glue it in place.

Attach and glue the chimney to the back and center of the house.

Next, glue the top of house roof piece to the top of the chimney.

Place the ghost on the house and glue it in place.

Finally, guide your child in gluing the moon to the back and side of the haunted house.
