Grab the jellyfish body piece and paste the eyes just below the eyebrows.

Now, glue the bottom part of the jellyfish to the top of jellyfish. This will help anchor the tentacles later on.

Grab the paper strips and start linking them to make your jellyfish’s tentacles. Form a loop with one strip, peel the adhesive backing, or apply glue, and press the ends together.

Now thread another strip through your first loop, then stick or glue the ends together to make a chain. Keep repeating this process until your tentacle is as long as you’d like! We did 5 links per tentacle.

Jellyfish Paper Chain Craft

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Paper Chains
  • Jellyfish Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes just below the eyebrows on the top body piece.
  • Next, glue the cheeks underneath the eyes.
  • Then glue the bottom part of the jellyfish body to the top body piece.
  • After that, form a loop with one paper strip and secure the ends together.
  • Next, thread another strip through the first loop and secure it to continue the paper chain.
  • Repeat the process until each tentacle reaches the desired length.
  • Finish by glue or tape each completed paper chain to the bottom of the jellyfish body.
