- Photo of your child
- Brads
- Hole punch
- White copy paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors

Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this witch to life!

First, guide your child in gluing the witch hat on top of the photo.

Next, help your child use a hole punch to punch out the circles around the movable parts.

Now, place the brad through the shoulder hole and then through the arm piece. Push both sides of the brad towards the middle of the body. Repeat on the other side.

Take the bottom part of the dress and push the brad through the hole and then through the leg. Push both sides of the brad towards the middle of the body. Repeat for the other side.

Finally, encourage your child to glue the head to the top of the body.
