First, guide your child to take the reindeer head page and fold along the dashed lines. Cut out the reindeer head, but do not cut along the top, flat part of the head. This is the fold line of the card.

Place the eyes on the front of the card, about 1.5″ from the bottom of the head, and glue in the middle.

Next, help your child place the mouth area on the card, overlapping the eyes slightly. Glue in place.

Take the reindeer’s black or red nose and glue it just above the mouthline.

Glue the reindeer’s antlers to the top of the folded part of the card in the middle of the head.

Complete the reindeer’s ears by gluing the inner ear to the outer ear. Once the ears are finished, glue them to the back and side of the card.

*Make sure you leave enough space for the antlers to fit between the ears. If you don’t, the card won’t open properly.*

Finally, encourage your child to open up and write a message inside the card.
