Hello! It’s been a bit of a break since I did my last nursery inspiration board but I’m back now with this calming nautical nursery design. Like all my design boards, this one centered around one item in the room. But unlike most of the others, this one was based around a free printable that I designed.
Recently I had a reader email me and ask me if I had any free printables on my site that were nautical inspired. In the past I made this nautical nursery design board for girls, but there wasn’t a free printable to go along with it, so I realized I had nothing to offer her. I’m always so appreciative of my readers, so I put it on my mental to do list to come up with something just for her (and now you!).

What I really love about this nursery is that it is totally gender neutral. The way it stands I might guess it’s for a boy, but it could be equally as lovely for a girl. And when you add to it crib bedding, curtains and fun, personalized accents then you can make it entirely your own! I really wish that I could actually create each and every room from these inspiration boards, because I think you’d be able to see how just some simple finishing pieces can really change the look of a room.
