Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue

Directions
Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this pencil to life!

Take the pencil tip and help your child glue it to the bottom and back of the rectangular pencil body.

Now, grab the circular eye pieces. Glue them below the eyebrows and above the smile.

Take the gray rectangular metal band and glue it at the top of the pencil, just above the eyebrows.

Finally, take the pink rectangular piece and glue it right above the gray metal band.

Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pencil Template
Instructions
- Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the pencil tip to the bottom of the pencil body.
- Next, glue the eyes above the mouth and below the eyebrows.
- Then, glue the metal band to the top of the pencil body.
- Finish by gluing the eraser to the back and top of the metal band.
