Find the umbrella piece and glue it onto the background paper, between the tip and the handle of the umbrella.

Look for the eye pieces from the template. Put a small dot of glue on the back of each one and glue them underneath the eyebrows.

Now grab the large cloud that says “Showered with God’s love!” Glue it near the top of the blue paper, centered above the umbrella. This is a great time to talk about how God’s love covers us just like an umbrella in the rain.

Find the smaller cloud pieces. Add glue to the back of one cloud and glue it to one side of the big message cloud. Repeat with another small cloud on the opposite side.

Look for the puddle piece that says “Happy Valentine’s Day!” Glue it along the bottom of the page.

Valentine Bible Craft

This sweet Valentine Bible craft is a creative and hands-on way to celebrate and learn about God’s endless love for us.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Valentine Bible template

Instructions

  • Print the template and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Start by gluing the umbrella to the center of the background paper, between the top and handle of the printed umbrella.
  • Next, glue the eyes onto the umbrella, beneath the eyebrows.
  • Now, glue the large cloud above the umbrella near the top of the page.
  • Glue the small clouds on each side of the large cloud.
  • Next, glue the "Happy Valentine's Day" puddle along the bottom of the background paper.
  • Finish by drawing raindrops around the clouds and umbrella with a marker or crayon.
