Directions
Download the police template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
Begin by gluing the tie in the middle of the body.
Next, Glue the head to the upper part of the body.
Glue the eyes to the middle of the head just beneath the eyebrows.
Place the snood just below the middle of both eyes.
Glue the beak on top of the snood, covering the lower part of the eyes.
Place the hat on the top of the head using glue.
Place the badge in the center of the hat and glue it in place.
Glue the feet on the bottom part of the body.
Finish up by attaching the body to the center of the feathers.
