Inside: Use these Christmas printables to spread some holiday cheer. You’ll love all the free printables in this collection!
It’s a funny memory to look back on.
Spending hours sitting on the floor weaving delicate pieces of popcorn onto thread. I’d waste two or three pieces before I could get one strong enough to stay on and be pushed the end of the string.
There was the soothing sound of Dean Martin singing Christmas songs in the background. I could smell the sweet scent of cinnamon sugar bread baking in the oven. And I was counting down the time until my dad came home from work.
I loved Christmastime.

A New Gift
Every year, I looked forward to spending time with my family and of course, unwrapping all my presents.
As I’ve grown up, I’ve realized not much has changed.
I still love spending time with my family. I love the delicious Christmas food and the games we play. And I still love the gifts.
But there is one thing that’s changed.
Now, the gift I really want is the ability to help others. To make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, no matter how small.
It’s a gift that’s hard to know when you’ve given to someone, but a worthwhile goal to shoot for.
This year I wanted to aim for that goal, not just by myself, but with my entire family. And then I heard about the #LIGHTtheWORLD campaign.
I knew this was the perfect opportunity to serve others.
The focal point of the campaign is centered around serving as Jesus Christ did while here on Earth. Each day starting on December 1st, they’ll be a different way in which the Savior helped others and then suggestions on how we can do the same.
The goal is definitely not to feel obligated to do something every day in December, but rather, to think as Jesus did and see the needs of those around us. There’s a beautiful video that talks about the project below. Take a second and watch it; you won’t be disappointed.
Meaningful Christmas Printables To Warm Someone’s Heart
This year my family and I are going to focus on visiting the lonely. I’ve created a few printables to help spark your creativity and find easy ways to build connections with people who need a little extra love this Christmas season.
I’ve included a few different items in this printable pack, including:
- 3 coloring pages
- 2 gift card holders
- Christmas card
- Gift Tag
- Mini Eye Found It game
Here are just a few ways to use them to brighten someone’s day:
- Bring a gift basket filled with activities to an elderly person in a nursing home (this post has great ideas on what to put in the basket)
- Have your children color the pages and sign the Christmas card, then give them to a new neighbor
- Visit Great Grandma or Grandpa and play Eye Found It with them
You’re free to use all of the printables, one of them or any combination you’d like. I’d love to see how you use them so please tag me (I’m @thekiwiintheclouds on IG) and use the #LIGHTtheWorld.
Here’s to a very Merry Christmas filled with service and love!
