Learning With Llamas
You can easily turn this llama craft into a fun study unit for young kids that revolves around llamas!
We love the idea of starting everything off with some good books. Depending on what lessons you want to teach your child, we have a few suggestions.
First, there’s the whole llama llama series. These books help teach young kids about topics like sharing, cleaning up after making messes, and going to school without your parents.
We also love the storyline of Lana the Llama Who Wants To Be A Unicorn. This book teaches kids about being unique and appreciating what they have to offer, which is always a good thing to know!
After you’ve finished with a good llama book, why not practice handwriting, fine motor skills, counting and more with these free llama worksheets?
The creators of Llama Llama also have lots of fun and educational activities to choose from like coloring, reading charts and more!
Encourage pretend play and modeling with a farm theme small world play. Add in a cute llama toy figurine like this one and you’re set!
