We like to think of Easter as a cheery and hopeful holiday, which is perfect since it accompanies spring and regrowth! This Easter bunny craft is our way of adding more cheer to the season! It’s a quick and easy Easter craft for kids to make.
All you need is some colored paper, markers, scissors, and glue! Grab them and see exactly how to make this sweet little bunny rabbit! Watch our quick video tutorial below to make it with your kids or students.

Simple Easter Bunny
Get ready for fun with this cute DIY, perfect for young kids! Using the free printable template and just a few simple materials, children can create their adorable bunny.
It’s a simple activity for celebrating spring, encouraging creativity, and keeping little hands busy. Plus, they’ll look adorable on the classroom bulletin board and are great for fine motor practice.
Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- 1 cm pom pom (optional)
- Markers (optional)

Directions
Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this Easter bunny to life!

First, guide your child to glue the nose at the top of the mouth.

Next, glue the eyes just above the nose.

Now, Make the Easter egg by decorating it with markers.

Place the completed Easter egg in the middle of the bunny’s body and glue it down.

Position the arms on each side of the body and glue them down so it looks like they are holding the egg in place.

Next, help your child to glue the bowtie to the bunny’s neck and then glue a pom pom in the center of it.

Draw on the bunny’s inner ear.

Glue the completed ears to the top, back of the bunny’s head.

Finally, encourage your child by draw on the cheeks just below the eyes.
