This chick card craft is a sweet Easter project for kids ages 5-8 who want to make something cute and handmade for spring. Using the printable template, children can fold, cut, and glue their own chick-shaped card in about 15-25 minutes, which makes it a fun choice for classrooms, homeschool, playgroups, or crafting sessions!
We love that this craft is more than just a paper chick because it turns into a real card kids can give to someone special. As they make it, children will practice fine motor skills, scissor skills, and following directions while doing an activity that feels fun and meaningful.

Next, glue the beak just below the eyes, in the middle.

Create the egg by gluing the egg spots along the top and bottom eggshell. Trim off any paper that hangs off the sides.
