Supplies
- White cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Brads
- Photo of your child
- Small hole punch
- Crayons or markers (if using the black and white version)
- Santa template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)
Directions
Download the Santa template and print it out. If your kids are doing the color in version, let them color it in with crayons or markers. Cut out all the pieces.
Begin to make Santa by gluing the beard to the bottom of the child’s photo, just below the nose.
Place the hat at the top of the child’s photo and glue it in place.
Take Santa’s coat piece and punch holes in all the circles. Punch the holes in the circles on the arms and legs as well.
Use a brad to secure the arm to the front of Santa’s body. Because there isn’t enough room, we pushed both prongs of the brads in the arms down towards the body.
Next, attach the legs to Santa’s body by pushing the brad through Santa’s coat and then through the leg pieces. Open the brad to lay flat along the leg and body. Repeat with the other leg.
Finish up by gluing the head to the top of the body.
Now your kids can display their cute Santa photo craft all Christmas season long. Be sure to check out our other Christmas crafts for more fun!
