Make Pikachu’s ears by gluing on or drawing on the black tips. Place them behind his head and glue them in place.
Next, glue the completed head to the flap portion of the brown paper bag.
Create Pikachu’s body by gluing his arms to the middle of the body piece. Cut off any paper that hangs over the sides.
Glue the body piece onto the main part of the brown paper bag.
Finish off your Pokemon by completing his tail. Glue or draw on the brown portion of Pikachu’s tail. Next, place the tail on the back of the paper bag and glue it in place.
