Below we’ve provided a free template to make turning your child’s photo into a cute pilgrim a cinch. Gather up a few basic crafting supplies to get started, and your kids will be proud of the craft they’ve made with their very own hands.
Supplies
- Photo of your child
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue Stick
- Hole Punch
- Brads

Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this pilgrim to life!
First, guide your child to punch the hole out of the shoulders and arms.
Use the hole punch to punch out the coat or dress holes.
Next, help your child place the photo on the top of the pilgrim’s body and glue it in place.
Glue the hat to the top of your child’s photo.
Place the brad through the arm piece and then through the shoulder hole. Repeat for the other arm.
Finally, encourage your child to place the brad through the coat or dress hole and then through the leg hole. Repeat for the other leg.
