Directions
Start by printing the template, then gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this pot of gold to life!

Find the top and bottom pot pieces. Glue the long oval piece along the top of the round pot, slightly overlapping the top edge.

Glue one foot piece to the bottom left side of the pot and the other foot piece to the bottom right side. The pot feet should stick out slightly from underneath the pot.

Next, glue the pile of coins onto the oval piece of the pot, placing them along the curved edge. If you’re using single coins, glue them one at a time, slightly overlapping each one to make a pile. This is a great time to count the coins together!

Take the eye pieces and glue them onto the center of the pot, below the pile of coins.

Grab a marker and draw two small eyebrows above the eyes. Then a cute smile below the eyes. Just like that, your pot starts to look cheerful and full of personality.

Finish the craft by gluing the pink cheeks onto each side of the smile. Press them down gently to secure them in place.

Creating this cheerful little pot is more than just a cute holiday activity! Kids are building fine motor skills, practicing shape recognition, and following simple sequencing steps while having fun.
