Printable Easter Bunny Craft For Kids [Free Template]

Grab the scissors and glue, we’re making a bunny! This printable Easter bunny craft is a cut-and-paste activity where kids assemble a cute rabbit from easy paper pieces. It’s a great fit for ages 3-6 (preschool to kindergarten) and takes around 15 minutes, plus a little extra time if you add coloring or painting!

This simple activity helps kids practice scissor control, gluing accuracy, and visual sequencing in a low-prep format. You’ll get two printable templates to choose from: a full-color bunny to cut and glue, and a black-and-white version that doubles as a coloring and craft page.

Build A Bunny Craft

Supplies

  • White cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Crayons or paint (if using the color in version)

Directions

Download the Easter bunny template and print it out.

Paint or color the bunny any way you want. Cut out the pieces.

Take the inner ear and glue it to the middle of the outer ear.

Glue the cheeks on either side of the mouth, below the eyes.

Next, glue the bowtie in the middle of the bunny’s neck.

Finish up by gluing the cottontail to the back, left side of the bunny.
