Sheep Headband Craft For Kids [Free Template]

We love creating headband crafts for kids to make, because they’re so simple and kids look adorable in them!

With Easter rapidly approaching we’re sharing this sheep headband craft! It’s an easy headband craft for kids that is great for a wide variety of ages.

Since it’s so simple to create it makes a great activity to do at home, at school, daycare, or even the library.

Easy Sheep Craft

Supplies

  • Colored cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Tape or stapler
  • Markers or crayons (if using the color in version)
  • Sheep template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)

Directions

Download the sheep template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to create the sheep’s face by gluing the eyes just above the nose.

Place the inner ears on both ears and glue them down.

Position the sheep fluff at the top of the head, so it’s slightly overlapping the top of the sheep’s eyes.

Glue the cheeks on both sides of the face, right below the eyes.

Take the completed sheep’s head and glue it to one of the headband extenders. Flip the headband over and tape the seam where the extender and head meet.

Attach an extender on both sides of the headband with tape or a stapler.

That’s it! That’s all it takes to make your own cute sheep headband!

Materials

  • Colored cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Tape or stapler
  • Markers or crayons (if using the color in version)

Instructions

  1. Download the sheep template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Begin to create the sheep's face by gluing the eyes just above the nose.
