Inside: Throw an amazing birthday party for your child with the help of these Star Wars party printables!

Snatch up these Star Wars printables for a no-stress way to plan a Star Wars party!

They’re modern, free and the newest addition to the best kids birthday party ideas.

You know you should’ve planned for this weeks ago, but every year it sneaks up on you.

Suddenly you look at your calendar and BAM!

You realize your kid’s birthday is next week.

Next week?

How did this happen?

Then, you’re flooded with all sorts of thoughts like:

I’m a terrible mom.

If I had it pulled together I would’ve been done with this ages ago.

How can I plan a party is such a short amount of time?

How’s my kid going to feel when he sees me rushing around at the last minute trying to get his party together?

Don’t let yourself believe those lies.

You are a great mom.

You’re the kind of mom who makes sure you get your kid to soccer practice on time. The one who reads to her kid every night before bed. The one who makes dinner for your family. The one who’s always wondering how you’re doing at the whole being mom thing.

The point is, don’t beat yourself up about it. It happens to the best of us.

But, back to the problem. Exactly how are you going to salvage your kid’s party?

Bring things back to the basics.

No giant bouncy houses. No expensive party venues. No face painting artists. No birthday party cakes made by the most renowned cake decorator in your state.

Just release those things now.

Whew, don’t you feel better already?

Remember, you can throw a phenomenal kids birthday party on a budget.

In fact, I recently threw my son a Star Wars themed birthday party and the longest part of planning it was simply creating the printables.

And since that part is now complete, you’ll be free to spend your precious moments actually putting the party together.

Theses lightsaber thank you tags are formatted as 4″x6″. I also used the thick cover paper I mentioned above.

I had my son sign the back and then popped them in the goody bag that all the kids brought home.

Star Wars Free Printable Water Bottle Labels

These labels are for mini water bottles and measure about 1.4″x8.3″. Print them out on standard printer paper and use clear packing tape to secure to the mini water bottles.

They’ll stand up perfectly to cold water, but don’t put them in ice.

Star Wars Bingo Cards

Thank you so much for these great Star Wars prints. I made bottle cap zipper pulls from the Bingo pics to give to my grandkiddles. I wish I could attach a photo so you can see how cute they turned out.

    Thanks again

    1. You’re so welcome Peggy! What a clever idea; I wouldn’t have ever thought of that. I bet they looked so cute.

  8. Do you have calling cards for the bingo game?

    1. Hey Jamie, I actually didn’t make any; I just cut up one of the bingo boards and put them in a bowl to pull out that way.

  9. Sheena F. says:

Aloha! Do I just save the file for water bottle printable (4 labels to a sheet) and print on letter size paper?

    1. Hello Sheena (btw I’m lovin the aloha greeting :)). Yes, you can simply save it to your computer and print on 8.5″x11″ paper. I prefer to use a cardstock, but that’s just my preference. If possible I would print it from a laserjet printer so that the ink doesn’t smear/smudge if it gets a little wet. Also, you can print on the card stock and use 1-2 glue dots to attach it onto the water bottles or you can print on full sheet label paper (again, with a laserjet printer is best), cut them out and stick them on. I hope they work great for you and please let me know if you have any other questions or run into any problems!

    2. Sheena F. says:

Thank you so much!! I’m in Hawaii 🙂 Anyway, is there a way to get more labels on one sheet?

    3. There’s actually more on a sheet than it shows; There are 7 labels per page. Unfortunately, this is the maximum number of labels that would fit on a page.

    4. Hi, there! Any way you might have labels for full sized water bottles or tips for how to create them? I totally would’ve bought mini water bottles if I would’ve found the printables beforehand! ?

    5. Oh, so sorry, I don’t have full size labels. Perhaps there’s a full size one on Etsy?

    1. Nice; those are super cute too! Star Wars mania is really everywhere now that Disney took over them. I love seeing all the awesome stuff out there!

  10. Ki Shabrea' says:

This is so awesome. My son is going to love it. Thank you so very muchhhhh

    1. Awesome; you’re very welcome 🙂

  11. Thanks so much! Seriously, this came at a perfect time! Just today, my 6 year old son insisted he will have a Star Wars themed birthday party. His birthday is not until May… so we’ve got lots of time. A few years ago he had an Angry Bird Star Wars themed birthday party and they still talk about that one! I made printables for that one, but these are perfect!!
I wonder if you’d share what you put in the goody bags? For the Angry Bird Star Wars party, we tried to put themed items in their take-home bag. We made each child a pool noodle light saber, and in their goody bags were a few blocks with an “Angry Bird” (a ping-pong ball with the bird face drawn on) – so they could build their own little set and knock them down with the bird, glow sticks, and Angry Bird stickers. Were your take-home bags themed?

    1. Yay, I’m so glad it will help you out Kaly! That’s so funny about the Angry Birds party because before this party that was his theme also 🙂 Oh, boys! Yes, I did use themed good bag items. It was a couple months ago and my memory is a bit fuzzy, but I think this is what we put in it:
      1. We also made pool noodle light sabers (they’re so awesome and easy!)
      2. Star Wars coloring books from Dollar Tree
      3. Star Wars tattoos from Target’s dollar section
      4. Star Wars pencils from Target’s dollar section
      5. Star Wars puzzle from Dollar Tree
It was perfect timing with The Force Awakens coming out, because there are inexpensive Star Wars goodies EVERYWHERE!! I hope it all works out perfectly for you and would love to see pics if you take some. Good luck!

    2. Thank you!! We live in Canada and sadly, Target pulled out of Canada this year, so I’ll have to keep my eyes open for things elsewhere. But what a great idea to take advantage of the The Force Awakens goodies everywhere!

    3. You’re very welcome. Oh man, I didn’t know that about Target; that would be my nightmare!! I live for Target!
