To get started on this fang-tastic project, download the free template and let the fun begin. Read on below for easy-to-follow steps on how to assemble these friendly vampires that’ll take center stage this Halloween.
Supplies
- Photo of your child
- Brads
- Hole punch
- White copy paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Vampire template (unlock the free template at the end of the post)

Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this vampire to life!

First, guide your child in drawing the vampire hair on top of the photo.

Next, help your child use a hole punch to punch out the circles around the movable parts.

Now, place the brad through the shoulder hole and then through the arm piece. Push both sides of the brad towards the middle of the body. Repeat on the other side.


Place the head on top of the body and glue it in place.

Finally, encourage your child to glue the red cape to the back of the head. Only glue the cape to the head so the arms and legs still move.
