This fun Halloween activity is a fantastic way for young kids to practice spelling their names and letter recognition while creating something they can proudly display over the holiday.

Be sure to download our free editable template to make things even easier! You can type each child’s unique name into the bubbles, or for an extra challenge, leave the bubbles blank and have kids write their names in themselves.

Supplies

• Colored cardstock or construction paper
• Glue stick
• Scissors
• Marker

Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring witches brew to life!

First, guide your child to glue the smoke on top of the cauldron.

Next, help your child glue the witches brew to the bottom portion of the smoke.

Place the letter bubbles along the brew and glue in place.

Finally, encourage your child to draw the bubble circles at the top of each letter bubble.
