Cow Handprint Activity
Itās a wonderful way for kids to build fine motor skills while also letting their creativity shine as they see their handprint become a whole new creation!
To make things even easier for you, weāve provided a free printable template thatāll help guide kids through assembling their farm friend. Just print the template, gather a few basic supplies, and watch your kiddosā imaginations take off.
Supplies
- Black marker
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors

Directions
Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and letās help the kids bring this cow to life!

First, guide your child to trace your childās hands onto a piece of white paper and cut out. Then glue the black spots around the body.

Next, help your child to glue the head to the thumb side of the handprint.

Glue the nose below the eyes.

Now, glue the horns to the top and back of the cowās head.

Finally, encourage your child to draw the hooves at the end of the feet.

Instructions
- Download the cow template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by tracing your childās hands onto a piece of white paper and cut out. Then glue the black spots around the body.
- Next, glue the head to the thumb side of the handprint.
- Glue the nose below the eyes.
- Now, glue the horns to the top and back of the cowās head.
- Finish off by drawing the hooves at the bottom of the feet.
