Farm Books For Kids

There are so many benefits to reading out loud to kids! It helps them to develop their listening skills, improve their comprehension, and expand their vocabulary.

It also gives them a chance to bond with their parents and learn about the world around them. And let’s not forget how much fun it can be! Reading aloud is a great way to spend some quality time with your little ones.

So grab one of these farm books and start your unit off with reading!

Mr.s Wishy-Washy’s Farm is a classic farm animal books for kids. In this story, the animals revolt against Mrs. Wishy-Washy’s baths and leave the farm. You have to read the story to find out what crazy shenanigans the animals run into after they leave the farm!

Little Blue Truck is one of the most popular books in our house. The cool illustrations and rhyming words really make this story fun to read. And with a whole series after this one, kids love getting to know the characters more and more!

The Cow Said Neigh! is a fun and silly book about farm animals who wish they were another farm animal. Kids will enjoy the rhyming and learn that each of us (animals included) has strengths we should embrace.
