Mother’s Day Children’s Books

Reading to your kids not only gives them an opportunity to explore new vocabulary and use their imagination, but also learn at the same time.

We always recommend starting off any theme with books. Below are some popular books about Moms:

I Turned My Mom Into A Unicorn – If your child loves the Ted and Friends books, they’ll get a chuckle out of this one about Ted’s mom! Ted feels his mom is too grumpy, but when he turns his mom into a unicorn, will everything be fixed? This book is short and simple for young kids and shares the message of appreciating the goodness in their lives.

The Night Before Mother’s Day – These books are always fun and sweet and this one is no different! Read this story to see how a dad and his two daughters prepare to pamper mom for Mother’s Day!

What Not To Give Your Mom On Mother’s Day -Follow a boy and his mom in a story of all the things you shouldn’t give to your mom, unless she’s an animal. This is a simple story kids will enjoy with a cute message at the end!
