Take the plastic fork and dip it into the paint. Then, stamp the fork along the inside of one of the feather outlines to fill it. Repeat for all five feathers. Set aside to let it dry.

Now for the turkey’s face! Grab the eye pieces and glue them below the eyebrows.

Next, let’s add the snood. This is that cute little red piece that hangs from a turkey’s beak. Simply glue the red snood piece onto the turkey’s head, in between and just below the eyes.

Every turkey needs a beak! Take the yellow paper beak and glue it right over the red snood on the face.

Glue the turkey’s head onto the body. Look at that sweet little turkey your little one is creating!

Look for the yellow paper feet and glue them to the back and bottom of the body.

Finally, it’s time to show off your child’s masterpiece! Glue the turkey body right on top of the fork-painted background your child made earlier.

And there you have it! A super cute and unique fork-painted turkey craft that your child will be so proud of. It makes a wonderful Thanksgiving decoration or a thoughtful handmade gift. Enjoy your crafting time, and don’t forget to check out our other fun Thanksgiving crafts for kindergarten.
