Printable Bat Craft
Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Bat template (click the “click here to get your freebies” image at the end of the post)
Direction
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring the bat to life!

First, guide your child to glue the inner ears to the bat’s outer ears.

Next, help your child to take the eyes and glue them a little below the ears.

Place the nose in between the eyes and glue it in place.

Take the vampire bat teeth and glue them just below the nose. If your bat is light-colored, you can also use a black marker to draw a smile. We left the black one off, but you can see what we mean by the purple version.

Glue a foot on both of the bottom corners of the body.

Finally, encourage your child to glue the bat wings to the back of the bat’s body.
