Free Printable Banana Craft For Kids

When you need a fruit-themed activity that holds kids’ attention from start to finish, this one is a winner! This free printable banana craft is designed for kids ages 3–6 and works great for small group time, center rotations, or a fun afternoon at home.
You’ll just need the template, scissors, glue, and a few basic craft supplies. Plan on about 15–20 minutes from start to finish. Kids will practice cutting, following directions, and putting the pieces together in the right order.
Use it for a fruit theme, healthy eating week, jungle units, or just a regular day when you want something ready to go.

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Banana template (enter your email in the form at the end of this post to have the link sent to you)
Directions
Download the banana template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Arrange the main banana piece so it looks like the picture below. Take the highlight piece and glue it to the left side.

Take the stem and glue it to the top of the banana.

Place the eyes slightly below the stem and glue them in place.

Create the mouth by gluing the tongue to the bottom of the mouth. Trim off any excess paper.

Finish off the banana by gluing the completed mouth just below the eyes.

That’s all there is to it! Can you believe how simple this craft is?!
