Directions
Start by printing the template, then gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this ghost shark to life!

Use a black marker to draw the mouth details onto the ghost shark body. This is a great step for kids to practice careful tracing while creating a big shark smile.

Grab a red marker and color in the tongue inside the mouth. Adding this bright pop of color helps the shark’s personality shine through.

Take the tail fin piece and glue it to the right side of the body, near the gills. Position it so it sticks out from the side, just like a real shark swimming through the ocean.

Find the blue nose piece and glue it directly above the mouth.

Time to give your shark some Summerween style! Take the sunglasses piece and glue it onto the face above the nose. Kids always get excited at this step because the shark instantly looks cool and ready for summer fun.

Glue the left fin onto the side of the body and the right fin beside the mouth. Let your child help position each fin before pressing them into place.

Look for the dorsal fin and glue it to the top of the ghost shark’s body. This classic shark fin is what really helps transform the ghost into a shark.

To finish the craft, use a pink marker to add rosy cheeks on both sides of the face. These cute little details make the ghost shark look extra friendly and playful.

Your ghost shark is ready for display! Whether kids choose pink sunglasses, orange sunglasses, or their own creative colors, each shark is sure to have its own unique personality.
