Ah, Baseball.

It’s the classic American past time, right?

I grew up in a house with four brothers so you’d assume I know a ton about sports, but it turns out I know less than a kindergartener at a Jeopardy tryout.

I can’t think of a single time when my dad or brothers watched any game on TV.

My husband was so appalled at my lack of sports knowledge that he forced me (thank goodness for my phone!) to watch the Super Bowl when the Broncos made it a few years ago.

Despite my ignorance, I can get on board with the idea of baseball. It feels so American with the history, the food, and the team rivalries!

I found out the quote, “There’s no crying in baseball” is from the 1992 movie A League of Their Own. I’ve never seen it before, but it’s the perfect fit for a boy’s nursery.

In fact, if I put it in my baby’s nursery I’d say, there’s no crying in baseball or in this room.

Which reminds me of my “just take a nap printable“. Apparently, all I want is a silent baby that sleeps at night and is 100% content all day. I’m certain that’s not too much to ask.
