Download the free template and gather a few basic supplies, including a toilet paper tube, to kick off this easy and fun activity. Customize with different colors to make other kinds of bears like a polar bear!
Supplies
- Toilet paper roll
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Tape

Directions
Start by downloading the bear template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this bear to life!
First, encourage your child to glue the belly to the center and lower part of the bottom.

Next, guide your child to glue the arms to the upper sides of the belly.

Now, place the tape along one end of the bear’s body, then tape it to the toilet paper roll.


Take the other side of the body and place another strip of tape on it.

Wrap it around the cardboard tube and tape it in place.

Position the eyes below the eyebrows and glue them in place.

Glue the mouth and nose piece to the bottom of the eyes.

Help your child draw the inner ears to the center of the ears.

Finally, glue the head to the top portion of the body.

Toilet Paper Roll Bear Craft
Your little cubs will be excited to make a toilet paper roll bear craft when learning about these cute, yet fierce animals.
Materials
- Toilet paper roll
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Tape
- Bear template
Instructions
- Download the bear template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the circle belly to the center and slightly moving up.
- Next, glue the arms to the upper sides of the belly.
- Place the tape along one end of the bear’s body, then tape it to the toilet paper roll.
- Take the other side of the body and place another strip of tape on it.
- Wrap it around the cardboard tube and tape it in place.
- Position the eyes below the eyebrows and glue them in place.
- Glue the mouth with the nose to the bottom of the eyes.
- Draw the inner ears to the center of the ears.
