Directions
First, download the bunny template. Print it out and let your kid cut the pieces you need together. This is a great way to practice fine motor skills!
Now, let your child take the lead in gluing the legs to the middle and bottom of the bunny’s body. It’s like putting together a puzzle!
Next up, have your kid carefully glue the belly piece on top of the legs, right in the center of the body. It’s starting to look like a bunny already!
It’s time for arms! Let your kid place an arm on each side and glue them to the top of the bunny’s belly. They are perfect for a bunny hug!
For the facial features, have your kid place the eyes just above the mouth lines and secure them with glue.
Then, with a marker, let them draw a cute little nose just above the mouth.
Ear we go! Help your kid glue the inner ear pieces to the outer ears. Then, attach the ears to the front, inside part of the bunny’s body.
They can even draw eyebrows above the eyes if they’re feeling extra creative.
Finally, tape one end of the bunny’s body to a toilet paper roll, wrap it around, and secure the other end with tape. And voilà, your bunny has a stand!
And that’s it! You and your kid have successfully made a cute bunny craft. This activity is fun to spend time together and helps your kid develop their fine motor skills and creativity.
Plus, they now have a bunny to play with or display. Great job!
