Supplies
- Toilet paper roll
- White card stock
- Colored card stock (in brown and orange)
- Googly eyes
- Black pom pom
- Scissors
- Olaf craft template (download form located at the bottom of the post)
Directions
Download the Olaf craft template, print and cut out the pieces.
Glue the Olaf paper onto the toilet paper roll. We prefer to use a glue stick so it doesn’t have all the lumps and bumps that liquid glue can leave.
If you want to add dimension, glue three small black pom poms on Olaf’s body (for his coal pieces).
Using the brown card stock, cut out three small strips of paper. These will be Olaf’s stick hair. Glue the three strips of brown paper to the inside, top of Olaf.
That’s all you need to do to make this recycled Olaf craft!
Your kids are going to flip when they make their own Olaf paper roll. It’s a simple Frozen 2 craft idea that will get them even more excited to go see the new movie!
Making This Olaf Craft With Young Children
We always want to make your life as Mom easier, so we’ve got some great tips to helping you adapt this craft to all the kids in your home!
If you have a toddler, we recommend having the Olaf paper roll template already cut and ready to go. Then, your toddler can put the glue on the back and help secure it to the toilet paper roll. They’ll also need the stick hair precut for them to help glue.
This way will allow them to participate, but they won’t need to have developed the fine motor skills necessary to glue the small pieces into place.
Older children, like preschool and kindergarten kids, will be able to do this craft with minimal help. They may need the pieces precut if their scissors skills aren’t yet at the level needed to cut out the pieces.
Once they’re all ready, they can glue them in place and complete their own simple Olaf!

Hi! I just checked your email and it’s listed as “unconfirmed” which means you didn’t click the link in the first email. If you didn’t see it, my best guess is it landed in your junk folder. If you can check that folder for my email (sam@simpleeverydaymom.com) and click the link, you’ll be set ◡̈
