Fall Tree Name Craft

It’s a great project for kids to learn about how leaves change colors on trees in the fall, practice spelling their names, and hone fine motor skills when they cut and paste.

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors

Directions
Start by downloading the acorn template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this tree to life!
First, guide your child to glue the leaves to the top portion of the trunk.
Next, help your child to glue the left branch to the back and left side of the trunk.
Now, place the right branch on the back and right side of the trunk and glue it in place.
Finally, encourage your child to glue the acorn letters on the leaves of the tree to spell their name.
