Directions

Start by downloading the acorn template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and letโ€™s help the kids bring this tree to life!

First, guide your child to glue the leaves to the top portion of the trunk.

Next, help your child to glue the left branch to the back and left side of the trunk.

Now, place the right branch on the back and right side of the trunk and glue it in place.

Finally, encourage your child to glue the acorn letters on the leaves of the tree to spell their name.

Ourย acorn name craftย is the perfect activity to capture the essence of autumn while helping kids learn and have fun.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Acorn template

Instructions

  • Download the acorn template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the leaves to the top portion of the trunk.
  • Next, glue the left branch to the back and left side of the trunk.
  • Now, place the right branch on the back and right side of the trunk and glue it in place.
  • Finish off by gluing the acorn letters on the leaves of the tree to spell their name.
