Supplies

Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this turkey to life!

First, guide your child to glue the eyes below the eyebrows.

Next, glue the snood below the eyes.

Place the beak on top of the snood and glue it down.

Now, help your child to glue the belly to the center of the body.

Position the feet on the bottom portion of the body and glue them in place.

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Marker
  • Dinosaur turkey template

Instructions

  1. Download the dinosaur turkey template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Begin by gluing the eyes below the eyebrows.
  3. Next, glue the snood below the eyes.
  4. Place the beak on top of the snood and glue it down.
  5. Now, glue the belly to the center of the body.
  6. Position the feet on the bottom of the body and glue them down.
  7. Draw the spots on the top of the head and the end of the tail.
  8. Finish off by gluing the spines on the back and right side of the body.
