Directions
Start by printing the template and gathering your craft supplies. If your printable includes coloring pieces, this is the perfect time to let kids color the angel and speech bubble before cutting everything out.

Take the sun piece and glue it to the center of the background paper.

Glue the hill piece to the bottom of the page, slightly overlapping the sun. This creates the ground for your Easter scene.

Glue the empty tomb piece along the top right edge of the hill so it sits partly on the hill and partly over the sun.

Take the stone piece and glue it slightly to the left side of the tomb opening. This shows the stone that has been rolled away.

Glue the angel onto the left side of the background, right beside the hill and slightly overlapping the stone. Position it so the angel’s finger points toward the empty tomb.

Finally, glue the speech bubble above the hill, at the top right of the angel. The message says, “He is risen; he is not here,” sharing the joyful news that Jesus has risen and the tomb is empty.
