Directions

Start by downloading the Pete the Cat template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this cat to life!

First, guide your child to spread the glue over a section of the Pete the Cat background paper.

Create Pete by tearing the blue paper into small pieces, then begin gluing them onto the background paper.

Next, position the eyes in the middle of Pete’s face and glue them in place.

Now, help your child glue the triangle nose in between and just below the eyes.

Use the marker to draw whiskers on the side of Pete’s face.

Optionally, encourage your child to draw the head lines at the top of the had using the black marker.
