Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Elf template (click the “click here to get your freebies” image at the end of the post)

Directions
Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this elf to life!

First, help your kiddo glue the eyes right in the center of the face.

Next, add the nose just below the eyes. It’s already looking adorable!

Now it’s time for some hair. Glue the hair to the top of the elf’s head.

Once that’s done, grab the elf collar and glue it to the top of the red shirt piece.

Go ahead and glue the elf’s head right above the collar. It’s starting to come together!

Next, take the hat trim and glue it on top of the hair.

Trace your child’s hand on a piece of paper, cut it out, and glue it to the top and back of the hat trim. It makes the elf’s hat extra special!

Elf Handprint Craft
Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Elf template
Instructions
- Download the elf template, print it, and cut out the pieces.
- Begin by gluing the eyes to the center of the face.
- Next, glue the nose below the eyes.
- Glue the hair to the top portion of the head.
- Position the collar to the top portion of the shirt and glue it in place.
- Now, glue the head on top of the collar.
- Place the hat trim to the top of the hair and glue it down.
- Tracing your child's hand onto a colored piece of paper and cut it out.
- Finish by gluing the handprint to the back and top of the hat trim.
