Mummy Craft For Kids

As kids place the tape on the mummy, they’ll be developing fine motor skills, practicing hand-eye coordination, and letting their creativity shine.

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Marker
- Masking tape
- Mummy template (unlock the free template at the end of the post)
Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring mummy to life!

First, guide your child to glue the eyes to the center of the face.

Next, help your child use the masking tape to cover the mummy. Once he’s covered, flip him over and push the ends of the tape onto the back side of the mummy.
If you don’t have masking tape, you can also use the mummy strips included in our free template and glue them on.


Now, place the cheeks below the eyes and glue them in place.

Finally, encourage your child to draw the mouth and nose below the eyes.
