Ripped Paper Craft Ice Cream

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Markers

Directions
Start by downloading the ice cream template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this DIY to life!
First, guide your child to tear the brown and purple paper into small pieces, then spread glue on the background paper and glue the brown paper onto cone portion of the paper.
Next, glue the purple paper on the ice cream part of the background paper.
Now, encourage your child to glue the cherry to the top of the ice cream.
Place the eyes in the center of the ice cream and glue them in place.
Position the mouth in between and just below the eyes and glue it in place.
Attach and glue the tongue to the center of the mouth.
Finally, help your child to draw the diagonal lines within the ice cream cone. Optionally, add eyelashes to both of the outer sides of the eyes.
