Easy Hedgehog Craft

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Hedgehog template (unlock the free template at the end of the post)
Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this hedgehog to life!
First, guide your child to glue the eyes below the eyebrows.
Next, glue the inner ears to the center of the outer ears.
Now, help your child cut along all the lines on the inner and outer hedgehog’s spines.
Glue the smaller quills to the middle of the larger quills.
Place the body in the center of the quills and glue it in place.
Finally, encourage your child to draw the cheeks below the eyes.

Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Hedgehog template
Instructions
- Download the hedgehog template, print it, and cut out the pieces.
- Begin by gluing the eyes below the eyebrows.
- Next, glue the pink inner ears to the outer ears.
- Now, cut along the lines on both the inner and outer quills. Bend the paper forward and back to create dimension.
- Glue the inner quills to the outer quills.
- Place the body in the center of the quills and glue it in place.
- Finish off by drawing the cheeks below the eyes.
