First, guide your child to take the eyes and glue them towards the top of the paper plate.

Next, help your child to glue the nose in the middle of the paper plate, just below the eyes.

Take the ears and glue them to the top and back of the paper plate.

Use a black marker to draw a mouth on just below the nose.

This paper plate pig craft is a super simple farm animal activity that's great for toddlers, preschool and kindergarten kids.

Equipment

  • Scissors

Materials

  • Paper plate
  • Pink paint
  • Colored card stock in black and pink
  • White card stock
  • Black sharpie
  • Glue stick
  • Pig template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need. Paint the paper plate with a few thin coats of pink paint. Let dry completely.
  • Begin by taking the eyes and glue them towards the top of the paper plate.
  • Next, glue the nose in the middle of the paper plate, just below the eyes.
  • Take the ears and glue them to the top and back of the paper plate.
  • Use a black marker to draw a mouth on just below the nose.
  • Finish off by gluing the hooves to the back and bottom of the paper plate.
