Pokémon-Themed Party Table Setup
Create a bold and immersive look with a crisp, coordinated party table design. Start with a clean white tablecloth and build your theme from there:
Backdrop: A large Pokémon-themed banner instantly transforms your space and doubles as a photo backdrop. Look for digital downloads you can print online.
Banner: Use a “Happy Birthday” printable banner strung across the front of the table. Add Poké Ball graphics to tie it into the theme.
Framed Signs: Add printable 4″x6″ table signs like “Get Ready,” “Level Up With Refreshments,” and “Select a Team” to organize your setup and reinforce the theme visually.
All of these signs are included in the Pokémon printable party pack.

Pokemon Food & Treat Ideas
Keep food simple but festive with a few themed touches:
Cupcakes: Top store-bought or homemade cupcakes with red-and-white swirled frosting and character toppers (like Pikachu, Charmander, and Bulbasaur). You can use the 2.5″ printable toppers from the party pack.
Cookies: Round sugar cookies make perfect Poké Ball cookies. You can buy these adorable Pokeball sugar cookies from Etsy to deliver straight to your door!
Donuts: Stack donuts on cake stands for a no-prep, crowd-pleasing treat labeled “Pokémon Champion Donuts.”
Drinks: Serve juice or water in white cups decorated with Poké Ball stickers. Add striped paper straws for a pop of color.

Party Favors & Printables
Turn simple items into exciting party favors using the Pokémon themed printable kit:
PokéBubbles: Wrap red bubble bottles with custom “PokéBubbles” labels for a simple and fun party favor!

I can’t find the happy birthday banner? can you tell me where to find it?
Hey Ashley! Did you receive the link and you can’t find it in there or have you not gotten the link to the files yet?
This is amazing! Can you let me know what font you used for your design? Thanks
Hey Dora! Yeah, it’s called Source Sans Pro.
Hello! Would you be able to tell me if the invitation is available for download or purchase? Thanks!
It’s not editable and I no longer have it in my shop, so, unfortunately, it’s not available.
