Apple With Worm Craft

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Apple template (click the “click here to get this freebie” image at the end to open the form)
Directions
Start by downloading the apple template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this apple to life!
First, encourage your child to begin by gluing the stem to the top and back of the apple.
Next, help your child grab the leaf and glue it to the back of the apple, on either side of the stem.
Now, glue the wormholes on the apple, one on the top right-hand side and one on the bottom lower side.
Guide your child to glue the front part of the worm coming out of the top worm hole and the back part of the worm to the lower worm hole.
Finally, glue the eyes to the head of the worm, just above the mouth.
