Owl Always Love You Craft

Supplies

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors

Directions

Start by downloading the owl template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this owl to life!

First, encourage your child to glue the eye frills to the center part of the head.

Next, help your child glue the belly to the body of the owl.

Guide your child to position the eyes at the top portion of the owl’s body and secure them in place with glue.

Now, place the beak at the bottom of the eyes and gently glue it in between them.

Next, attach the wings to the back and side of the owl’s body and glue it in place.

Kids can get creative with this adorable Mother’s Day owl craft! They’ll have a blast making and customizing their own unique owl to send Mom a sweet message on Mother’s Day.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Mother’s day owl template

Instructions

  1. Download the template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Begin by gluing the eye frills to the center of the head.
  3. Next, glue the belly to the body of the owl.
  4. Position the eyes to the top portion of the owl’s body and glue them in place.
  5. Place the beak at the bottom of the eyes and glue it in between them.
  6. Now, attach the wings to the back and side of the owl’s body and glue them in place.
  7. Glue the feet to the bottom of the owl’s body.
  8. Finish up by gluing the owl to the background paper.
