Directions

Start by downloading and printing the template. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this polar bear to life!

First, guide your child in gluing the ears to the back and top portion of the head.

Next, draw the inner ears on the bottom of the ears with a pink crayon.

Draw the cheeks below the eyes.

Glue the feet to the bottom portion of the body.

Now, help your child glue the arms to the sides of the body. Trim off any paper that hangs off the edge.

Your little cubs can make this polar bear shape craft using simple shapes to piece together their simple project.

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue stick
  • Scissors
  • Markers
  • Polar bear template

Instructions

  1. Download the polar bear template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  2. Begin by gluing the ears to the back and top portion of the head.
  3. Next, draw the inner ears in the center of the outer ears with a pink crayon.
  4. Draw the cheeks below the eyes.
  5. Glue the feet to the bottom portion of the body.
  6. Now, glue the arms to the sides of the body. Trim off any excess paper that hangs off the sides.
  7. Finish off by gluing the head to the top portion of the body.
