DIY photo projects for kids are a great way to turn your child’s pictures into keepsakes for yourself, for the grandparents, or for extended family.
Not only that, they’re just super fun to make!
Many kids love having their picture taken, so using that picture to make something fun like a mermaid or a reindeer will make those memories stand out even more in your mind.
We’ve put together a list of fun photo crafts throughout the year. A handful are general occasion photo crafts, and then the list will take you through the major holidays of the year, from Valentine’s Day all the way through Christmas.
And while you’ll love seeing these for a while when they’re displayed on the mantle or pinned to the fridge, the real magic happens when you add them to your scrapbook to look back on in a few years.
Making these keepsakes now will create treasured memories for years to come.

I love these diy photo crafts. I'm thinking about ordering an instant camera so my only question is: have you tried doing these crafts with instant photos? I'm concerned about the photo being ruined by cutting it. I've searched online for this answer with no luck so thought I'd check with someone who may have tried cutting them.

Hmmm, I don't know the answer to that. We have a laserjet printer and just print the photos out on the printer. I don't know if that's an option for you or not. Sorry I can't answer your question!
